To assure that we achieve a Kairos Result, our organization choses to work with people who share similar values in work ethic, professionalism and execution.  We certainly prioritize quality over quantity, and take the time to comprehend our Members’ objectives, strengths and weaknesses before outlining a plan.  Planning is the process of thinking regarding the activities required to achieve one's desired goal.  Based on foresight, it is having the fundamental capacity for mental time travel.  The evolution of forethought, the capacity to think ahead, is considered to have been a prime mover in human evolution, and during that process, we help each member comprehend his or her own capacity to assess and tolerate risk.  By doing so, our Members are more in a position to make confident and wise business decisions that will allow their vision see the reality of a Kairos result.

We adhere to strict ethical standards in serving our Members, and hold dear to the integrous reputation we have built in the sports and entertainment industries over the years.  As we do not have any outside investors or shareholders, every bona fide Member we serve is assured that we answer only to the Member, and not to any anonymous investors who may have different objectives than our Member.  Our sole focus is on the success, happiness and overall well-being of our Members and their families.
